Connecting the Dots in Care, Innovation, and Community
I am a Canadian award-winning caregiver, innovation connector, and personal coach. My journey began at home as the primary caregiver for my father, who lived with Alzheimer’s and dementia. Those years taught me resilience, creativity, and the importance of support networks. They also gave me the lived experience that continues to guide everything I do today.
My Story
Caring for my dad was both challenging and life-changing. I learned how to adapt, use technology in new ways, and lean on community to make each day safer and more meaningful. That personal journey is what drives my work now, helping aging adults, caregivers, and innovators find practical solutions and new possibilities.
